Resin abrasive wheel cleaning and installation method

Cleaning method:

1. Grinding on the belt with diamond grinding wheels in the production process.

2. The general grinding wheel should be removed for cleaning after running 5-7 days.

3. acetone soak 2 hours, then use imported cleaning agent, the effect is very good, but not environmentally friendly, not energy saving.

4. Cleaning requirements should not damage the diamond wheel.

Installation instructions:

1. Inspect and identify internal cracks in the wheel. Using a hand-held grinding wheel, tap the wheel with a wooden hammer to listen to the sound, and the crack-free wheel makes a crisp sound.

2. Check and identify the appearance of the wheel. Use your eyes to see if the appearance of the wheel is damaged (or cracked).

3. Check whether the grinding wheel's grade is correct and whether it meets the performance, shape and size of all selected grinding wheels.
